At Stick and Sketch, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be completed after approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Limitations of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopcart Ventures FZ LLC, trading as Stick and Sketch, is only liable for refunding the value of the returned item(s). Beyond this, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any other damages, losses, claims, or costs, whether direct or indirect.
